As a Customer Services Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our office runs efficiently while delivering top-tier service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Processing insurance policy changes with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Supporting the team in achieving business objectives.
• Ensuring a seamless customer experience with a high level of attention to detail. In return, we offer full training in a supportive and friendly environment, helping you develop the skills needed to thrive in your role.
** What We’re Looking For
** We’re seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who is eager to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector (preferred but not essential).
• IT proficiency, with experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems as an advantage.
• Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
