Are you an experienced 3PL Warehouse Logistics Supervisor from import & distribution with a background in D2C and B2B in a very busy environment and ready to take the next step in your career with a dynamic, fast-growing FMCG brand? This is your chance to lead in a B2B and D2C environment, managing complex logistics and warehouse operations across the UK and US.

Our client is a highly successful and well-established FMCG import and supply business, delivering products to major high-street retailers and consumers across the UK and globally. With rapid growth and a strong international footprint, they’re now seeking a talented and driven Warehouse Logistics Manager from a 3PL and D2C / B2B background to join their expanding team in Nuneaton.

• Reporting to the head of operations
• Warehouse & Delivery Performance
• Own OTIF delivery performance across B2B and D2C channels (within 2% tolerance)
• Lead performance reviews with 3PL partner Rhenus
• Develop Customer Service and Warehouse teams / WMS
• Champion a culture of accountability, efficiency, and customer focus
• USA Warehouse Operations
• Lead operational excellence and successful growth of the USA warehouse
• Drive personalised fulfilment initiatives to elevate the customer experience
• Manage warehouse spend within 14.5% of sales (0.5% tolerance)
• Identify and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality

• Strong background in Supply Chain, Logistics, and 3PL warehouse management
• Strong EXCEL skill for reporting
• Solid experience in both B2B and D2C FMCG operations
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Hands‑on experience in warehouse optimisation, and personalisation
• Exposure to international logistics (particularly the US) is a bonus

• Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
• 8+ years of supply chain/logistics experience, with 3–4+ years in a supervisory capacity
