Experienced Heavy Mechanical Fitter required to join a global leader in trailer servicing. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair activities on road freight trailers, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

• Perform heavy mechanical fitting and assembly tasks on trailers and associated components.
• Diagnose and repair faults on pneumatic systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

• Proven experience as a Heavy Mechanical Fitter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and pneumatic components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
