Full Time - Temp-Perm

Start Times 7pm – Finish (average 8‑9 hours per shift). Working 5 on / 3 off.

• £13.10 for any hours worked before 10pm
• £16.38 for any hours worked after 10pm
• After 12 weeks: £14.56 before 10pm, £18.20 after 10pm

• Order picking using a voice headset (training provided)
• Operating a Low‑Level Order Picker (LLOP) (training provided)
• Stacking goods onto pallets and pallet wrapping
• Quality checking goods before dispatch
• Delivering goods to despatch

• Paid breaks
• Permanent contract after 12 weeks

• Own transport to Atherstone CV9 and Bardon, Coalville (if willing to transfer in 2027)
• Availability to work weekends on a rota
• Site tour with the GI group and interview scheduled immediately
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking, logistics, or related roles
