Location: Coventry

Salary: £29,000 - £34,000

Days: Rotating Shifts – AM 6:00am to 2:00pm and early finish on Friday at 1:10pm; PM 2:00pm to 10:30pm and early finish on Friday at 6:20pm;
Permanent Night Shift – Sun 20: 50–06:00 | Mon–Thurs 22:30–06:00 (Plus £1 shift premium)

Lead and support a small production team to deliver top-quality results on time.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Solve technical challenges and support the team in troubleshooting issues.

Train and mentor operators to help them reach their full potential.

Ensure all safety, quality, and maintenance standards are met.

Work closely with support functions to keep operations running at peak performance.

Foster a positive, motivated, and engaged work environment.

• Experience in a high-volume automotive or manufacturing environment.
• A natural leader and role model with strong communication skills.
• A problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
• Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong literacy, numeracy, and technical skills.
