Our Sales Associates help our customers Celebrate Life & Express Love! Permanent Sales Associate – Part Time. The store teams are customer‑first people with passion for outstanding service, creating amazing experiences and lasting memories for customers.

• Play key role in helping the store maintain performance and meet sales targets.
• Develop outstanding product knowledge and real jewellery expertise to share with customers.
• Deal with every type of customer enquiry and build knowledge of new products introduced in store.
• Reflect brand, culture and customers as face of H. Samuel.
• Promote a fashion conscious, business casual dress code encouraging unique personalities.

• Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with natural ability to strike up conversation with diverse range of customers.
• Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience not required.
