* AM Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm

* Night

Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am

About the Role

Industrious is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a fast-paced home-delivery distribution environment in Nuneaton. The role involves handling and distributing furniture and large household items, so heavy lifting will be required throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

* Loading and unloading vehicles containing furniture and bulky items

* Manual handling and heavy lifting as part of daily tasks

* Sorting, scanning, and moving products within the warehouse

* Working as part of a team to meet operational targets

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

* Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements

* Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is beneficial but not essential

* Ability to work the specified AM or night shift pattern

* Good level of physical fitness due to heavy lifting

* Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail

Desirable:

* A valid PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) licence – not essential but an advantage
