Business Associate - Entry Level

After the team briefing wraps up, you pull your list of client callbacks and begin working through each one, confirming details, answering basic coverage questions and noting next steps before moving to new outreach.

• Review and organize scheduled appointments for the day, confirming times and preparing relevant client information ahead of each meeting
• Contact prospects who submitted inquiries, walk them through available options and document their responses accurately
• Coordinate with team members to hand off complex cases or escalation questions that require additional product knowledge
• Update records after every interaction so follow-up tasks are tracked and nothing is missed
• Participate in regular coaching sessions where you review calls, refine your approach and build confidence with new material

Develop your skills as a contractor while building client relationships and increasing your income potential. No insurance background is required. Training covers products, systems and communication skills from your first week. This is a full-time, on-site role in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
