Structural Revit Technician

Location: Rutland
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 DOE + Benefits

We are proud to be working alongside a respected engineering consultancy in Oakham, who are seeking a Structural Revit Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician to take a lead role in the detailing and modelling of projects across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

• Produce coordinated 3D Revit models for structural engineering projects
• Prepare detailed General Arrangement drawings across steel, concrete, timber, masonry and fa ade elements
• Create and manage Revit families to required standards
• Carry out scheduling, tagging, referencing and annotation for manufacturing/shop drawings
• Liaise closely with structural engineers to ensure technical accuracy and buildability
• Attend design team meetings and contribute to project coordination
• Work across residential, commercial and industrial sector schemes

• HNC/HND (or higher) in Civil, Structural, or Built Environment discipline
• 2-3+ years' experience in a consultancy-based technical role
• Strong proficiency in Revit, with proven draughting, modelling and coordination capability
• Experience working with structural materials, fa ades, curtain walling, windows and doors
• Experience with Dynamo, py Revit or other visual programming tools advantageous
• Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Confident communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within design teams

• Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 DOE
