Overview
Care Assistant - Bank - Care Home role at Barchester Healthcare
Responsibilities- As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support.
- Assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share moments and memories with residents.
- Undertake a variety of tasks, including helping with food and drink and following care plans, and ensuring one-to-one time for residents.
- Experience of caring for older people.
- Can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
