Shift: Mon to Fri Working Hours
Salary: £26,249.60
NOTE: This role is based within a prison and requires an Enhanced Security Vetting Process. You must have a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

• Lead a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment, while also being hands‑on with picking and packing.
• Reconcile stock levels within the on‑site prison warehouse.
• Manage the accurate and timely dispatch of orders to in‑mates.
• Ensure operational targets are met and exceeded.

• Experience working in a prison warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes (desirable).
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• At least three years of UK address history (mandatory for Enhanced Security Clearance).
• Full UK driving licence.
