Structural Revit Technician

Position Overview

Produce coordinated 3D Revit models for structural engineering projects
Prepare detailed General Arrangement drawings across steel, concrete, timber, masonry and façade elements
Create and manage Revit families to required standards
Carry out scheduling, tagging, referencing and annotation for manufacturing/shop drawings
Liaise closely with structural engineers to ensure technical accuracy and buildability
Attend design team meetings and contribute to project coordination
Work across residential, commercial and industrial sector schemes

Structural Revit Technician

Position Requirements

HNC/HND (or higher) in Civil, Structural, or Built Environment discipline
2-3+ years' experience in a consultancy-based technical role
Strong proficiency in Revit, with proven draughting, modelling and coordination capability
Experience working with structural materials, façades, curtain walling, windows and doors

Experience with Dynamo, py Revit or other visual programming tools advantageous
Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Confident communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within design teams
