About the Opportunity

  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices using the Sage 300 ERP system
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
  • Ensure invoices are coded accurately to the appropriate general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs, including cheques, EFTs, and wire payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date accounts payable records and files
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and billing inquiries
  • Work closely with the Parts Department to investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Process employee expense cheques in accordance with company policies
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Perform additional analysis as required during year-end
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles
  • Periodically organize and maintain the archive room
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range

$60,000- $65,000 per year
