This is a fully in office role. Worth saying up front. But it is a genuinely nice office. The kind with a proper snacks area that is always stocked. Food brought in during busy season when nights run long. And Partners who notice when people are pushing hard and quietly make life easier rather than pretending not to see it.

The work is broad. Properly broad.

You will touch audits, reviews, financial statements and tax work. Small clients where you do everything end to end rather than being one small cog. You get to see how things connect. You get context. You learn faster.

It suits someone who enjoys variety and a bit of controlled chaos. Someone from a small firm. Or someone from a small office within a bigger firm who has been exposed to a mix of work and wants more of that.

CPA is nice to have. Not essential. What matters more is breadth, curiosity, and being comfortable owning work.

There is nowhere to hide here. In a good way.

You sit near the Partners. You hear how decisions are made. You get looked after. Expectations are clear and fair. People are trusted to act like adults.

If you like being busy, learning constantly, and actually feeling useful rather than processed, this is worth a conversation.
