KIT Recruitment is thrilled to be working with its newest client, a successful manufacturer in Oakville, ON
. They are looking for a Supply/Demand Planner to join their team. This is an excellent role for someone looking to grow within a stable organization. In this position, you’ll own demand and supply planning for a defined SKU portfolio, driving high service levels and healthy inventory through accurate forecasting, disciplined planning, and cross-functional collaboration using SAP ERP.

- Hybrid, 3 days (Tuesday-Thurs) in office, Monday-Friday WFH
- Holidays: 3 weeks, plus option to purchase a 4th.
- Salary:
Up to $90K based on qualifications - RRSP: 3% plus 5% match (8%).
- Own demand & supply planning for assigned SKUs to sustain high service levels and inventory targets
- Build monthly forecasts, monitor accuracy, and contribute to demand consensus
- Convert plans into timely purchase/production orders; manage exceptions (expedites/defers)
- Communicate product availability; manage large/advance orders; coordinate NPIs and promotions
- Analyze service gaps and root causes; implement corrective actions across forecast, supply, and inventory
- Partner with manufacturing and suppliers to resolve constraints; monitor vendor performance; recommend MOQ/lead-time changes
- Improve inventory health (excess/slow movers) and rebalance stock across the network
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and KPI reporting using standard business tools
- Diploma in Business/Operations (preferred); APICS and Customs certifications are assets
- 3-5 years planning experience in manufacturing/CPG (master scheduling an asset) – Proficiency with SAP ERP/MRP – Clear communicator with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and effective at prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
- Proven root‑cause and continuous-improvement mindset
