We would welcome an experienced Social Work/MHO manager to join the CMHT which covers the Oban and surrounding rural areas of Argyll and Bute.

The Social Work team are part of an integrated CMHT, which is located in the Oban resource centre.

The Team Manager will manage the social work practitioners and should have experience in care management as well as statutory mental health;
Adult Protection and Adults with Incapacity requirements. The Manager will be required to work closely with Health practitioners and to contribute to MDT meetings, including the screening and allocation of work to the social work team.

A recognised SW qualification and the Mental Health Officer post graduate award is required for the post.
