We’re a high volume Ford and Lincoln dealership in Odessa, Texas and we’re growing our service advisor team. You don’t need dealership experience, but if you have it then that's great! If you've been a top performer in sales, run a team or managed accounts and customer relationships in banking, retail, insurance, oil and gas, or real estate, we’ll teach you the automotive side.

Your job is the part we can’t train - reading people, earning trust, and getting things done.

Your schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM with a lunch break. Saturdays, one a month. If you’re already used to a full-day office rhythm, this will feel familiar. You’ll work a set, predictable schedule, with one working Saturday and early release weeks if your performance meets standards!

What you’ll do

• Be the main point of contact for our service customers, from the first greeting through delivery
• Listen to and dissect customer's concerns, write up repair orders accurately, and explain recommended work clearly and honestly
• Work directly with our certified technicians and shop leadership to keep vehicles moving and customers updated
• Build a returning customer base that asks for you by name
• Hit goals for hours, sales, and customer satisfaction

What we offer

• Pay: $70,000 - $138,000 per year, performance-based, with typical first complete year earnings of $80,000 (the more you produce, the more you earn)
• Full paid training in Ford and Lincoln service processes, our DMS (Tekion), and technical product knowledge

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Strong communication and familiarity with customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers, learning new software and adaptable
• Sales, management, or customer‑facing experience preferred; automotive experience not required but may be a plus
