Location: Delta
Nature Fresh Farms is seeking a Health & Safety Assistant for our Delta, Ohio facility. This full-time role supports the Health & Safety Department and requires Spanish speaking. You will help develop plans, conduct training, inspections, incident investigations, keep records, and coordinate drills.
The ideal candidate has 1 year safety experience, OSHA knowledge, and strong communication. This is a hands-on position in a greenhouse environment with long hours and some travel between sites.
