Location: Okehampton EX20

Rate: 18.00 - 19.50 per hour

Start: 7th January 2026

Duration: 2-3 Months

Hours: 7.30 to 5.30pm plus weekday and weekend overtime

Job Description:
Stridden Limited are recruiting for an established Ground workers and Civils Contractor who are currently looking for an experienced Groundworks Labourer to join their team on a new commercial project in Okehampton EX20.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Groundworks Labouring duties including hand digging, readying materials, previous experience working with a drainage gang a benefit
• Assisting trades and site managers with various manual tasks as and when required

Requirements:

• Valid Green CSCS Card (minimum requirement)
• Prior experience as a Groundworks Labourer preferred
• Must be physically fit and capable of heavy manual handling
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Okehampton site daily
• Full PPE
• 1 references on application
