We're looking for a passionate, forward‑thinking Social Worker to join our dynamic Integrated Adult Social Care Team in Okehampton and Moretonhampstead.
Main duties of the jobWhat you’ll be doing
You’ll work with individuals aged 17+ transitioning into adult services, supporting those with physical and learning disabilities, long‑term health conditions, and safeguarding needs. Using a strengths‑based approach, you’ll empower people to live independently and safely in their communities. You’ll be at the heart of person‑centred care, using your professional expertise to assess needs under the Care Act, support decision‑making in line with the Mental Capacity Act, and protect adults r relationship‑building skills will shine.
This is for 30 hours per week, days to be discussed but ideally to include a Friday.

- Satisfactory completion of the Assessed & Supported Year in
- Employment (ASYE).
- Registration with the regulatory body
