Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN)
Provide high-quality patient care in fast-paced hospital settings as a Tele RN, delivering critical monitoring and clinical support for patients on telemetry units.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor patients using telemetry and other highly technical equipment.
- Recognize changes in patient condition and respond according to clinical protocols.
- Deliver skilled nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Support safe, accurate documentation and communication of patient status.
- Maintain patient safety and uphold standards of care in telemetry settings.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience or strong comfort with telemetry monitoring and acute care.
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to act quickly.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfort working with technical monitoring equipment.
