Facilities Assistant

The purpose of this role is to Provide support within the facilities management department as and when required including assistance with the FM helpdesk. To order stationery cleaning and other office supplies when required and raise work orders. Carry out building checks to ensure the building is kept tidy and report any maintenance issues to contractors.

• Good communication skills polite professional and friendly attitude
• Ability to work as an efficient and effective team member or alone.
• Experience of working with Word Excel Microsoft Outlook and Ebis (desirable)
• List relevant skills experience knowledge and personal attributes
• Ability to organise multi-task prioritise and work under pressure.
• Positive commitment to high standards of customer care and service delivery.
