Have you worked for Direct Insurance, Chips Away, Dent Wizard, Gemini, FMGRS, Motofix, Fix Auto, BCA, or Steer? If so, this role could be ideal for you!

• 41,500 per year (£798 per week) basic salary + uncapped bonus potential
• Guaranteed £600 bonus for your first 3 months + 10% monthly profit share
• 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

• Work Monday to Friday (days) plus Saturday mornings
• Perform multi-skilled vehicle body repairs including paint, panel, and MET
• Deliver high-quality repairs that meet business and customer standards
• Provide excellent customer service every time
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers
• Maintain strict health and safety compliance

• Previous multi-skilled vehicle body repair experience
• BS 10125 or NVQ Level 3 in relevant competencies
• ATA cosmetic accreditation preferred
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
