The Role

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

Managing the engineering design of new housing developments, from land acquisition through to site completion.

Overseeing external consultants, reviewing designs, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.

Liaising with local authorities, statutory bodies, and contractors to progress approvals and technical agreements.

Supporting the delivery team with engineering solutions on-site, ensuring developments are safe, efficient, and commercially viable.

Mentoring and supporting junior engineers within the team.

What We’re Looking For

A qualified Civil Engineer (degree or HNC/HND) with strong residential development experience.

Knowledge of highways, drainage, utilities, and earthworks design.

Experience in Section 38, 104, and 278 agreements.

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
