As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a vital role in connecting talented candidates with quality employers in the industrial sector. Working in our Oldham office Monday to Friday, you'll join a supportive and dynamic team environment.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
• Staying current with industry trends and labor market conditions

• Proven experience in a fast-paced industrial sector recruitment agency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively
