A leading leisure organization is seeking a Head of Centre for its outdoor facility to ensure success and develop future initiatives. This full-time role requires strong leadership and financial management skills, as the post holder will be accountable for staff direction and safety standards. Candidates should ideally have a related degree or NVQ level 3 and experience in the leisure or outdoor sectors.

The position comes with a competitive salary ranging from £58,605 to £64,612, plus bonuses and benefits.
