- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care protocols.
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems for accurate data entry and retrieval.

Person Specification Qualifications- GCSE grade A-C
- Nursing Registration
- Cytology Certificate
- Chronic Disease Management
- Travel Imms (not essential)
- Minimum of 1 year experience working at a GP practice.
