7.5 Tonne Driver - Immediate Start
Location:
Royton, Oldham
Bamford Contract Services is currently recruiting a reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a well‑established company based in the Royton area of Oldham.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a 7.5 t vehicle to complete deliveries and collections efficiently
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks (lights, tyres, fluids) and report any defects
- Ensure all goods are correctly loaded, secured, and transported safely
- Complete an average of 3‑6 drops a day
- Unload orders carefully while maintaining product quality and integrity
- Use of Tacho in line with regulations
- Valid UK Driving Licence with Category C1 entitlement
- Minimum 2 years’ driving experience
- Reliable, professional, and safety‑focused attitude
- Strong team player with a flexible approach
- Monday to Friday
- 07:30 am – 4:30 pm
- £14.50 – £15.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Immediate start available
- Ongoing work could lead to a permanent position
