Service Advisor – Milton Keynes
Basic Salary: £30,000, OTE: £35,000, Monday to Friday only, no Saturdays.
Our ClientOur client, a well-respected and long-established independent garage near Milton Keynes, has a requirement for an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful team.
Responsibilities- Meet and greet customers.
- Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle.
- Call customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed.
- Liaise with the workshop.
- Invoice work carried out.
- Invoice explanation and taking payment.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential requirements:
- 12 months Motor Trade Service Advisor experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
Basic salary of £30,000, on-target earnings of £35,000, Monday to Friday only, no Saturdays, and a great benefits package.
Working HoursMonday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm.
