Aufgabe
Für unseren Kunden suchen wir Sie als IT-Systemspezialist/in 80-100%. In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Kunden. Das Installieren und Betreuen von IT-Lösungen basierend auf folgenden Technologien:
Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI-Systeme (Citrix/Horizon/RDS) und Sophos Firewall, gehört auch zu Ihrem Aufgaben gebiet. Sie führen Wartungen durch, unterstützen den Service Desk bei hartnäckigen Problemen (3rd Level Support) und arbeiten bei IT-Projekten mit.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich System-Engineering
- Analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fachwissen in den erwähnten Technologien
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
