Multiple positions available - From intermediate to Senior levels

The Opportunity:

Our client - a large established, engineering company with a full order book and expansion plans - is seeking multiple experienced Mechanical Design Engineers to join their innovative team based in Omagh, Co. Tyrone. With a reputation for engineering excellence and strong staff retention, this is an opportunity to contribute to challenging, high-value projects.

The Role:

You'll work on the full design lifecycle of complex mechanical systems, from concept through to detailed 3D design and project delivery. This includes:

• Creating 3D CAD models and detailed drawings (Solid Works or similar)
• Collaborating with production, procurement, and project teams
• Managing design changes, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Problem-solving engineering challenges from prototype to production
• Ensuring designs meet quality, safety, and performance standards

What the company is looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Mechanical Design or Project Design Engineering
• Strong 3D CAD skills (e.g. Solid Works, Inventor, Creo, etc.)
• Background in heavy engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
