Support Worker; Waking Nights

As a Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, providing essential support and making a real impact.

• Providing person centred support.
• Supporting people to develop and maintain key skills in relation to housing support.
• Supporting independence, social and communication skills.
• Supporting people to be safe and healthy.

• Personal or work experience of providing care or support for someone.
• Ability to travel independently (car driver with a clean driving license or access to a form of transport which meet the demands of post)
• Basic digital skills e.g. to record notes and use rota, HR or care systems.
