The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring hardware/software on-site and remotely for a diverse client base.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting Windows servers (2016/2019/2022), desktops (Windows 10/11), and virtual environments (Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Deploying and managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and other cloud services.
  • Implementing and supporting cutting-edge cybersecurity tools and network security systems.
  • Delivering first-class customer support both remotely and face-to-face.
  • Contributing to project planning, design, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity products.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full driving license with access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed for site visits).
