Ensuringcompliancewithhealthandsafetyprocedures Planningandprogrammingwork Attendingandparticipatinginweeklysitemeetings. Coordinatingworkinaccordancewithplansandspecifications. Provideupdatedschedulestoclientsinatimelymanner. Ensurethatallcostsarecontrolledinlinewithbudgets.

The Person Abilitytoapplyyourselftomulti-skilleddevelopmentsinbothpublicandprivatesectors. Strongproblemsolvinganddecisionmakingskills. Abilitytoinfluenceandnegotiateatseniorlevel Excellentcommunicationskills,prioritisingabilityandapositiveattitude. Highly organised,conscientiousindividualwithattentiontodetail. Ability to work in challenging and busy environment. The Requirements Bachelorsdegreein Building Surveying ,Construction Managementorarelated discipline/equivalent technical degree. Aminimumof5yearsexperienceinasimilarrole Previousexperienceofworkingforamaincontractor/developer Fullvaliddrivinglicenseandaccesstoownvehicle.
