Workshop Fitter (Permanent, Full‑time) –

Location:

Omagh, Northern Ireland

• Servicing and maintaining diesel, LPG and electrical materials handling equipment
• Fault finding, completing planned preventative maintenance, and pre‑delivery inspection of forklift trucks
• Ensuring customer service is kept to a high level and any queries are addressed
• Adhering to safety guidelines set by customers and Briggs Equipment
• Completing job activity electronically and ensuring all required parts are ordered
• Maintaining and developing customer relationships through high standards of service

• NVQ Level 3 or a relevant technical qualification
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical principals
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload
• Understanding customer needs
