Senior Accountant Job Overview

Produce accurate year-end accounts, management accounts, and tax returns across a varied client portfolio.
Oversee bookkeeping and ensure all client records meet compliance standards.
Build strong client relationships and provide proactive, practical advice.
Manage deadlines, spot issues early, and deliver a reliable, high-quality service.
Review junior team members' work and support their development.
Champion cloud accounting software and help streamline internal processes.
Contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and improve client experience.

Senior Accountant

Job Requirements

Must be at a minimum part ACCA/ACA qualified
Able to comfortably commute to Coventry
Minimum of 3 years UK Accountancy Practice experience
Experience working within a portfolio of clients, and liaising directly with clients
Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills
