Position: Business Consultant (Assistant Manager) I Hybrid Work Mode (2 – 3 days / Week WFH)

Responsibilities:

Advise Korean clients on company incorporation, accounting, tax compliance, and other business setup requirements in Singapore
Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and tax computations in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regulations
Liaise with clients, auditors, and government authorities (e.g., ACRA, IRAS) to ensure accurate and timely filings
Provide clients with practical insights on Singapore’s regulatory framework, accounting standards, and tax obligations
Assist clients in setting up and maintaining accounting systems and internal controls
Communicate complex accounting and tax concepts clearly to Korean-speaking clients, including translation of key documents or discussions when required
Support ad-hoc business advisory and compliance projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, tax, or business advisory (experience serving Korean clients is an advantage)
Good understanding of Singapore accounting, tax, and corporate regulatory requirements
Proficiency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Korean-speaking clients
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
