Job Summary
- Job Title: Accountant (Remote)
- Industry: Advertising Services
- Location: Near Maxwell MRT
- Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and ensure timely closing of monthly and annual accounts.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST (Goods & Services Tax) returns to IRAS, ensuring strict compliance with Singapore tax laws.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate and timely submission of CPF contributions for all eligible employees.
- Monitor, track, and reconcile heavy volumes of digital ad spend (Ad Credits) across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook/Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In).
- Verify media invoices against platform data to ensure accurate billing to clients and payment to vendors.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
. - 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge of GST
, CPF
, and Ad Credits
. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quick Books) and MS Excel.
