The role requires a PCP certified candidate to manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. You will use online payroll software and apps to deliver seamless payroll services.

What is the role?We are looking for a payroll rockstar!
Duties- Running payroll on time, making changes to payroll (adding/removing employees, adding/removing deductions, etc.), handling the T4 process, and submitting ROE forms.
- Answering client inquiries related to payroll and payable matters; providing recommendations, problem solving and analyzing data.
- Processing end‑to‑end payroll for multiple clients with different pay frequencies.
- Processing EHT and WCB filings for multiple provinces.
- Reviewing CRA accounts and responding to notices.
- Correspondence with clients and the bookkeeping team for timely service.
- PCP certified (or currently pursuing).
- At least three years of payroll experience in a fast‑paced environment for a company or companies with multiple employees.
- Intimate understanding of the Canadian payroll process: withholding taxes, source deductions, benefits, ROE forms, T4 slips, etc.
- Experience processing payroll in multiple provinces (QC an asset).
- Great communicator: confident, clear, professional writing and conversation.
- Organized & efficient: juggle multiple clients and tasks without dropping a beat.
- Self‑starter: proactive, motivated, independent in a remote setting.
- Tech‑savvy: learn new software quickly and enjoy automations and workflow hacks.
- Payroll know‑how: payroll processing, T4, multi‑province experience, benefits; experience with Payworks and Wagepoint is a plus.
- Strong internet: at least 6 Mbps up/down.
