About the Role

We are a mid-sized law firm seeking an Accounting Assistant for a 20-month fixed-term maternity leave coverage.

As an Accounting Assistant at MT+Co, you will help the Finance team keep track of all the general accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will support the Finance team with identifying and addressing inefficiencies, supporting our on and off‑boarding processes by setting up user accounts, supporting the billing team, and generally helping us stay on top of our service commitments.

You’ll also get to flex your creativity and problem‑solving skills on business activities and projects as we are always striving for continuous improvement.

While the firm is generally supportive of hybrid remote work, there will be some in‑office needs that will require you to attend the office outside of your hybrid schedule.
