Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni‑channel presence. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements. You will be responsible for areas of the month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes, as well as supporting the production of timely and accurate financial reports. Your expertise will help us maintain strong financial controls and support our growth initiatives. You will report directly to the Director of Accounting as part of a wider Accounting team.

• Take full responsibility for month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes to ensure accurate financial information.
• Review and post month‑end journals for multiple entities.
• Operate in a rigorous internal‑controls environment and recommend opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare or review month‑end schedules and reports.
• Complete and/or review monthly account reconciliations and analysis.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain effective routines for day‑to‑day accounting activities.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures.
• Participate in cross‑training initiatives and support ad‑hoc tasks, as required.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Possess a CPA designation or equivalent.
• Bring at least 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a publicly‑traded company.
• Demonstrate knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Show proficiency in accounting software (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Exhibit analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Communicate clearly and build effective interpersonal relationships.
