Location: St. Charles
Rethink First is seeking an experienced A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. You will manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensure accurate GL coding, match invoices to POs and receiving docs, and maintain strong internal controls.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems. This remote-first role supports a national reach and collaboration across departments.
