Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Membership Specialist II to perform complex reconciliation analysis and audit activities for individual or group accounts receivable. You will resolve enrollment, reconciliation, and billing issues, coach customers on guidelines, and help manage financial risk while supporting member satisfaction.
This role requires working within Pacific/Mountain/Central Time Zones 7am–5pm PT.
