EY is seeking a Seasonal Manager to deliver tax accounting guidance and consulting for clients, including internal restructurings and GAAP/IFRS conversions where applicable.
You will support the tax provision process and work to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the control environment while assessing tax risk and compliance. A CPA license or active bar membership is preferred and 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
