Rethink First is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. You will manage full-cycle AP, monitor the AP inbox, and enter invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.
Responsibilities include reconciling AP GL accounts, processing employee expenses, supporting vendor payments, and assisting with audits while maintaining internal controls. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years AP experience are preferred, and strong Excel skills are a plus.
