We are urgently seeking an experienced an Accounting Specialist with strong Quick Books skills and knowledge of trial balance reconciliations and accounting system migrations.
Responsibilities:- Perform trial balance and bank reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process invoices, payments, and vendor/customer records.
- Perform financial data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with general ledger and month-end closing.
- Support Quick Boxes updates and accounting system migrations.
- Previous accounting experience.
- Strong Quick Books knowledge.
- Experience with AP, AR, and reconciliations.
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- 100% Remote (More details to follow regarding this)
- $30–$32 per hour
- Immediate availability preferred.
