Coconut is seeking a seasoned Bookkeeper to manage multiple US client files from EST, 40 hours per week, with a focus on accuracy and timely closings.
You will handle Quick Books Online and Xero, bank recs, AP/AR, and ongoing reconciliations, while communicating clearly with the team. Familiarity with practice tools and US GAAP is preferred, and some US overnight hours may be required during busy periods.
