Aspire Nor Cal is seeking a Controller to lead accounting, payroll, and reporting for the Northern California region. Reporting to the CFO, you will supervise a team and ensure GAAP compliance, policy adherence, and accurate financial results across the organization.
This full-time, exempt role offers broad exposure to audits, real estate and grant accounting, and close collaboration with home office and school leaders. A CPA/MBA and nonprofit accounting experience are preferred.
