Property Administrator

Location: Redbridge
Administrator – South Woodford (Hybrid) - £26-30k

We’re working with a highly reputable and long-established firm of Chartered Surveyors who are looking to hire an accomplished Administrator as follows:

* Working Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 5.30 from a Woodford office base, with 2 days working from home once settled (if desired)

* Responsible for general administration and diary management, from taking customer/client calls, answering basic email queries, uploading information onto the in-house system and diarising appointments for Surveyors

* You will have an excellent telephone manner, strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.), the ability to multi-task under pressure and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service

* The position offers a dedicated career path with ongoing training and the scope to work across multiple departments across the business

* Suitable Administrators will have 2 years administration / customer service experience and come from a stable career history

Salary for the successful Administrator will start at up to £30k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
