Pinner (Office-based, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility for occasional home working)

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Office Manager to join a growing and dynamic team based in Pinner. This is a key role within the business, suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys taking ownership of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily running of the office and ensure smooth operations
* Provide high-level administrative support to management
* Manage office processes, suppliers, and general administration
* Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and diaries
* Support HR and onboarding tasks where required
* Handle incoming queries and ensure a professional first point of contact
* Maintain office systems and documentation
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident using Microsoft Office and general office software
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
* Professional, positive, and able to build strong internal relationships
